Default 10 bolt rear comparison, LT1 vs. LS1 for third gen camaro

Currently I have a posi 10 bolt rear from a 95 Z-28 camaro in my 87 camaro. I got this rear for free when I bought an LT1 a while back so I cleaned it up and installed it. Before I was more focused on corner carving than drag racing but since I've spent lots of money on my 01 SS on the suspension I decided to build a wicked small block for the third gen for street/strip duty. Which rear has the better posi unit and axles for a little abuse? The LS1 10 bolt or LT1? Are they the same? I know the rears won't last forever on the track but they should do until I can afford a 12 bolt. The motor is a heads and cammed 355 with a Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake and 750cfm 4bll. Somewhere around 450 to 500 at the crank most likely, never dynoed so I can't say for sure. I'm running an LT1 T-56 transmission as well. Just looking for a little info on the two.

Thanks!

Edit - Disregard. I mis-read the year you posted for the rearend you have. Not sure if the '95 rear fits the same specs as the years posted in the link. Sorry.
