if you guys can give me some info on what would be the best option ..

Lift is usually all good for performance. BUT getting more lift at the same duration means more intensity or generally a more agressive cam which also means earlier valve float unless your system is up to the task of controlling that extra lift at higher rpm. I love lift but you have to have everything right the more lift you have so you must have the right valvesprings and have them setup right as well etc.
Cam technology has come up with higher lift lobes lately that are still pretty stable but still you must be careful and make sure the whole valvetrain system and parts are in harmony and happy with each other. If you do then the extra lift usually does equal extra hp for the most part.
