Default 383 p/v clearance with custom cam

I have a 383 that I will be putting in a used custom cam into andwas interested in knowing whether I will have issues with piston to valve clearance. The 383 is zero decked with flat top pistons -5cc, heads have had minor resurfacing .015 (i think) and the cam I would perfer just give some of the specs as it is a custom grind. the lift would be .6 the duration is 240 and IO timing is 45, LSA 108. Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm sure most of you will tell me to take the heads off and measure, but thought I would check first.

it would be best to clay your pistons if you are worried. i have about the same lift with more duration on a 106 with more taken off the heads and have no p/v contact. piston is slightly proud but also -7cc.

Well I'm zero decked with custom pistons, Stage II heads and a 565 lift cam and the P~t~V was closer then I wanted so I went woth Cometic .55 gaskets to get the clearance I wanted. So all I can say is don't try to guess and make sure you check every cylinder.
