Racer's Lounge - anyone know anything about the ?-92 Ford Rangers?

one question is ... the gas guage on the dash doesnt work. its not a bad fuse. so is it the little styrophone fuel sensor thats on the fuel pump? and where what is the best way to get to the fuel pump? where is it?

and how can i tell what size engine it is? i think there all 4 or 6 cylinders but theres different numbers.. like 2.3 and 4.0.. it doesnt say anywhere about the size of the engine.

you'll probably have to drop the tank, thats what we did with our 91 explorer. as far as engine size, if its the v6 then you have the 4.0, the only other engine is was 4 cyl.
good luck those ford fuel lines are a major pita it get off the fuel pump before dropping the tank.
