I wasn't sure where to post this, and being as this is one of the highest populated threads, I figured I'd try here and see if anyone might know what's going on. I know they are moving to a new warehouse, but thought I'd still be able to get in touch with them. I placed an order back on the 29th, and haven't heard anything at all from them. I spent almost $1000.00, and I can't even get in touch with them to find out if my order has shipped. I called twice, and tried to email them, but nothing. Does anyone know what might be the case? Is the move just taking up all of their time?? If I had known about this before, I would have purchased elsewhere... their prices were just tough to beat for the EFILive + Wideband package. If anybody can share some insight, please do. Thanks.
