I have a friend that is trying to move back home to Florida and does not want to pay all these fee’s in order to do that. They stick you with a Reletting fee plus monthly rent till it’s leased however if you find a replacement all that is waived and that’s what he is trying to do.
Location: Villages of Copperfield. 8727 Point Park Houston Texas 77095
Apartment Size: 1Bed 1Bath 3rd Floor. Nice Balcony. Sq Ft I will have to check.
Rent is $552.00 a month.
Move-in: ASAP or Feb 1st. Rent Jan has been paid so you would be prorated.
Contract end Date: Dec 31, 2009
Replacement will not have to pay a security deposit as that’s transferable. You will get to keep this once the terms have been met at the contract end date.
My personal views of the area and safety: Seems to be a pretty safe quite area. My car nor my friends 2 nice cars have every been messed with. Seems to be middle class adults living in the apartments. Nice cars in the parking lot if that’s a sign of the middle class. Over all the place is really nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of things on the NW Side 290/1960/Hwy 6 and beltway.
