53 appers to be the ABS sensor off a 4 channel rear. could be wrong but the pic is hard to tell what exactaly that is.

Its not the sensor it is a small rubber cover that goes over the hook lever that activate the e-brake.

Not available without buying the whole backing plate. You'd think Help or someone would see the market and make them. I needed some for my S10 rear disc brake setups and couldn't get them. I think they're the same for most of the RWD GM's
