Default which tuner is better????

I am in need of a tuner. I just put a 9inch moser in my 2000 Z28 and need a tuner to change the gear ratio so my speedo works properly. Also so when I put 28 inch tires on. Not to mention a couple of free horsepower. Local places by me want $160 just to change the ratio otherwise its free with a $450 tune. So right now a tuner will do I have $200 in summit giftcards so I narrowed it down to two choices.

Crane Cams PowerMax tuner $429.95 or
DiabloSport Predator tuner $369.99

I like the feature of Data logging of the predator and also am wondering if the powermax does that as well.

imo i have heard alot of good stuff about the diablo predator.. never heard anything about the crane.. look at all the options and see if the $60 is worth getting and if it will benifit you in the future.. also dependin on what mods you have on your car usually a custom tune is best and a good tuner most likely will give you the program so u can change minor things such as spedo calibration tire size etc on your lap top.. but whatever you do do not mess with the tuning part of it (as far as a/f/r timing stc). it will drive you nuts. leave that up to the tuner..

Neither..... either have it custom tuned by a sponsor in your area or get HP tuners. Its by FAR the best software out now.

Look into EFI LIVE mate, by far the best tuning hardware/software combination on the market. Handheld tuners have no where near the amount of scope as a full tuning suite. HPTuners is ok too.
