Question LS2 dyno

i watched an 2006 ls2 m6 vette dyno today. it put down 302rwhp stock. the guy then installed is brand new cold air intake and put down 347rwhp immediatly after install. what the heck happened. why such a big increase and i thought it would dyno WAY higher. im guessing the dyno was messed up or something. maxed out 302rwhp 3 times. installed and then 347rwhp was the max out of 2 times.

input?

That is odd, that vette should be much higher than 302 stock. What type of dyno?

Something was not right with the baseline dyno #'s....I have several friends with stock LS2 vettes (2005-2007) all with A6's, and they dyno'd between 327-340 RWHP SAE stock....

unless you know the dyno operator, there are many variables they can change to make numbers look better of worse, then they can sell you some parts and tuning and make the numbers look way better. im not saying all are like this, but there are people out there that need to do business this way to make themselves look better to the average jo.

well it was some dyno that was built into a trailor so im sure that has something to do with it. i know they should dyno much higher. but the increase with cold air is what im unsure about.
