and what do i do with the system. just put a breather on the tank? or a line off the tank?

I've never seen anything in any vehicle calibrations that controls the operation of the Evap system. AFAIK, all you can do is remove the parts from it and set the Evap DTC codes to no error reported. Just go through the DTC list and find everything that has Evap in the description.

Why are you deleting it? Not like it's going to purge under WOT anyway.

Unplug the purge valve. It won't screw your AFR at those "inoppertune times"
