Plastic Fuel line repair
#4
If it's holding fuel pressure I'd replace it to be safe. I did repair my EECS line that goes between TB and fuel tank on my LS1, and it took 2 attempts using a fuel safe epoxy and rubber gas hose. I would not try it if the line holds fuel pressure though. Maybe someone else has a safe repair.

Advance Auto sells a plastic fuel line repair kit. My "98" was a REPO that I picked up to build. The fuel line had been cut between the tank and filter. I used one of the kits I refered to and have had no problem. I do intend to replace the line when/if I have to pull the tank.

I had a crack/kink in one of my fuel lines. I bought a double male brass locking connector and some mini screwing band clamps, cut the kink/crack out and joined the hoses together with the connector and tighted the clamps. Made 390hp with the repaired line and then 390hp with brand new fuel lines. Never had any leaks or problems with my repair.
