Default Any hints or easier way to replace exhaust manifold gaskets?

I replaced my driver side, but the passenger side looks to be harder to do. Any ideas or tricks to the trade to get the old one out and new one in?

just to loosen the clamp at the y-pipe/cat. that'll make it easy to rotate the header away from the head, remove the old gasket, clean the two surfaces, put in new gasket & rebolt up.

by looking at it, i need to pull the coil bracket w/coils and access to the rear bolts won't be too difficult. how many foot pounds are you guys torquing your bolts? i think it's around 26 ft lbs.
