what would you do?
ok so ive been planning a cam swap as my engine and trans will be out. This was going to take 2 months or so all together cause I dont have all the parts yet.
Would you stick with the original plans made or would you wait a few more months and go with H/C?
its either stick with the LE 228/235 cam only or go with LE1(or LE2)heads with the 232/240 cam.
So basically Im asking if you would wait 1-2 more extra months for heads also.

Go with the LE2 heads just in case somewhere down the road you decide to rebuild and go bigger. Then you will have the heads to pretty much flow whatever you decide on. Better to do it right the first time. Just my opinion.

Stick with Lloyds stuff... Although I'm running AI myself it's only because I found a great deal for what I was looking for at the time. I ran Lloyds stuff a few years back and his product was top quality. I got lucky to find the AI stuff when I did and not have to deal with them one on one..have heard and had first hand experience w/ negative things on their customer service. For the cost and superior service give Lloyd a call

I this is pretty much all i thought about since I posted it and I believe im gonna stick it out for the extra months and do LE2 heads with the 232/240 cam.
AI is out of the question until I want to build the bottom end.
