start out by listing what's what(miles, modifications, specs, what he/she wants to do with said car, etc.) about the '94 camaro and then we'll go from there on suggestions... goodluck so ..he wants the appearance of an lt4 or more performance and still..which direction does he wish to take the vehicle...daily driver, street/strip, roadracing, drag only, etc. ...like I'd said in my original response to "then what should he do' ..goodluck

Ask him three things:
1) What are his hp goals?
2) How is the car going to be used? (DD, track only, weekend warrior, etc.)
3) Most importantly, what's his budget?
Do a search on the LT4 conversion, it's not worth the bang for the buck.
Tell him to research companies like Advanced Induciton (Ai) and Llyod Elliot Portworks for some Heads/Cam packages that will yield some real results.
P.S. You can paint any intake red and make it look cool, lol.

If you are willing to spend the money on suspension parts then you don't need a cam for 12s. Full bolt-ons and some drs will get you there assuming your track is not very high altitude.

Something can't be right in this sig. . .
609.154rwhp/390.917rwtq NA LT1: 350ci, GM HOT cam, big valved corvette heads, type "R" lifters w/ hydra rev kit, edlebrock air gap intake, ported stock TB with airfoil and 3" tornado, 700r4 w/ corvette servo and B&M Holeshot 2000rpm stall, flowmaster cat-back
thats unheard of for a NA LT1 especially a 350.
