Where exactly you located? I'm in SF and I've a GU6 rear end (LSD with 3.42 gear). It's from my 99 A4 with TCS, ABS, brake and everything. $200 pick up and I need your old one as core, any condition. PM me.

If it has TCS, that means its a 4 channel.

Off topic question, so difference between 3 and 4 channel is the TCS. Is it matter the car has A4 or M6 tranny?

3 channel rears have a sensor in the top of the pumpkin and take reading off a reluctor ring mounted on the carrier. a 4 channel rear (TCS car) takes a reading from each wheel so there are 2 sensors on the rear, and they read off reluctor readings off the ends of the axles.

a4 and m6 trannys dont matter.

all m6 cars come with 3.42 rears though if that matters..
