Default Who likes the factory look?

When I first got my Z28, I was all about the aftermarket appearance parts. Got the clear corners, billet grille w/ '69 chevelle bowtie, halos, painted the berger panel black w/ stainless inserts, and switched out the tail lights for lt1 style. Lately though I've been attracted to the stock look. I bought my car real clean, and I am really starting to appreciate clean stock f-body examples. So, in short, I'm going back to stock with everything except the berger panel and eventually a hood and wheels. Am I crazy?

IMO Tastefully modded 4th gens always look better than stock, but I do like the clean look.

No your not crazy, It is normal for a persons tastes to change over time. I am to a point that I appreciate a stock vehicle to a point. I would rather buy a car with more power than have my transam, so I'm selling it and buying something faster in stock form. But I'm sure my tastes will change again. And when it does I guess Ill worry about it then.

Generally speaking, less is more.

So no, I don't think you're crazy.

Usually the subtle mods are the best. Take for example StangKiller's car...it's pretty much stock, but is one of the best looking cars around.

i think all camaros need is some wheels, tints and lowered and they look perfect, I think the other things look ok but I like factory body stuff.

i'm a fan of stock look.

Chrome wheels vs factory polished, tint, good stance (oem parts)

I like stock, except the wheels. Either new wheels or paint the stockers for a good look..

I like the stock look as well. I'll retain my hood, spoiler and my emblems. Only upgrade I did were retro panel, exhaust tip and the C5 Z06 wheels.

I like the clean look. A whole lot of mods are just cleaning up the stock look. For example:

!Decals, !Molding, Clear/Smoked Signals, !rearbirddecal, lowering springs...

I absolutely LOVE StangKiller's car. I think its one of the nicest 4th gens i've ever seen. A tastefully done factory looking car is just as good as a tasteful aftermarket appearance. It just all has to be done cleanly.

The appearance of my WS6 is completely stock except for blackbird stripes I'm pretty sure. I have it lowered, WS6 wheels and a factory WS6 hood

Definitely a fan of the stock look, but the right wheel combo always helps.
