why do you want to change it thats a pretty good power cam you got there but hey its your car and i would go with the ls6 2002+ cam the the 98-99 cam is not a whole lot different from a 00+ cam you wouldnt feel a difference now with the ls6 cam maybe be worth 20hp over a stock cam but IMO i would keep the magic stick

GTO LS1 cam is damn near the same as the F-body LS1 cam. there is absoutely no point in changing from either to the other. and LS1 cam is an LS1 cam, the differences are negligable.

I have two camaros and the one that Im taking the magic stick out of was a track car but wont be used for the track anymore so I want to put a smaller cam in it for DD. I might put the MS in the other camaro or go with something else.

The car will be a dog compare to ms3-4!!!!!!...you should go at least with a 224 to 228 duration cam!!..

Even in a street car, a 224 to 228 is very good for a DD.

The LS1 GTO cam IS the '01-'02 F-Body cam. Cam doctor verified this years ago with my stocker.
