Default what should I look for with a used TB

I am looking for a used Throttle body and I have seen a lot of them on here. But a lot of them are just the throttle body itself. I have looked at BBK website and they have things included with the TB. Are throttle cable adapters necessary, can I find these pieces alone? What about the spacers? I am looking for a good deal, but I don't want to put the throttle body on and then find out I can't drive my car because I am missing some small piece that I didn't know about. I have a 2000 camaro ls1 by the way, if that makes a difference.

Thank you in advance

Zach

you are referring to aftermarket throttle bodies? ask the seller if everything is included.

Make sure they come with hardware, some may include the sensors if your lucky.

Make sure it has the right size throttle cable cam. I think most (or all) aftermarket ones are universal. Not 100% positive though.
