Vacuum leak??
NO WAY, not from these pieces anyway!!
Had lean ses codes for both banks and idle surge. Decided the pcv was more than likely the culprit. The back splitter piece was completely clogged with small holes. The front piece after the valve was also completely blocked. SES code has already disappeared and no more idle surge.
AIR/EGR made this process a complete PITA especially for the back right pcv escape. I know what's coming off next.

Same thing happend to me last week. My idle was set at 550 rpm (stock) but it was idling at 900-1000 rpm. Took everything off and put breather filters on my valve covers. I have a stalled TH400 tho.
