idling high and dieing

idling high and dieing since installing my msd 6010 box, it idles fine, when i try to drive it, it'll pull the car by itself like its on cruise control, when i push in the clutch it will rev up to about 3000 and hover for a while and very slowly come back down and then stall. i tried turning it off, restarting it and when i tapped the throttle in neutral, it stayed at 2000 for about 10 seconds by itself before going back to idle speed. anyone have any ideas?
