I have the covers off my seats. I replaced them with 16,000 for ones that are yellow in the center. The are like new. If you want them PM what you will pay.

There are 2 covers on the front seats, a lower portion we sit on (16837705), and the upper portion to cover the back part (16837703).
I have a slightly used bottom cover for sale now on ebay, its Ebony in color, which will match your 2001 model year:

If you looking for the upper part, which gets worn out at the side bolster due to the driver getting in and out of the car so much, I also have one of those. Its BRAND NEW, original GM cover, Ebony. It includes the side plastic 'fins'...I havnt posted it on ebay yet. This cover can be install on either the drivers seat or pass seat.
Here are a few pics, GM list price is almost $500.00, I'm not sure if they are still in production or not. Anyway, I'm not going to let it go cheap, PM me with an offer if interested.
