Thinking about 01 Z06 cam and and 1.8 Jesels
I was thinkng about stabbing in a 01 Z06 cam since they can be had for around $50 and has a lower lift (.525/.525)... then use a set of Jesel SS 1.8 ratio rockers to raise the lift and make the cam a little more agressive. I like this idea because for under $800 I could have a valvetrain that sounds stock and I could rev it to mid 6000's easily, and there is plenty of room for growth. Has anyone done anything like this? Anyone have any experience with the Jesel SS series rockers? What could you safely rev it to with stock pushrods and new LS6 springs? Any input is appreaciated

This would provide more lift and a more agressive cam profile an rev to the moon without worry... has anyon gone with 1.8's on the 01 LS6 cam or the Hotcam (.525/.525) ?

Why look for a new way to do something when a good cam kit will do what you want cheaper, more HP/TQ,and with less strain on the valvetrain?
You will only gain lift and a very slight duration increase with rocker's.

Why not do a MTI Stealth 220/220 with 115 lsa.
I did a H/C with Pacesetters and went from 347rwhp to a whopping 391rwhp and I still have to properly tune it. I expect over 400.
That cam is sweet and almost sound stock. midrange and up is awsome. That cam just doesn't quit pulling.
