Default What tool to use?

So I need to make some holes in my hood brackets a little bigger, but not bigger all around, I need them widened basically.

What type of tool is actually CORRECT for this type of work? I don't want to drill it with a bit and take forever, I want to do it right.

Somebody know what I'm looking for? Is it a special drill bit made to do that or what?

A die-grinder on a Dremel tool or equivalent would work fine.

I'm an idiot. I never even thought about the dremel... too bad my brother ran mine over and never bought me a new one. $100 down the drain.

Go to Harbor Freight - I'm pretty sure they have one in Phoenix.

I'll just get a cheap one at home depot. I have always made cheap tools last forever.

It was the mistake of letting an expensive one sleep over at somebody else's house.
