I thought it was bearings so I replaced both sides, the noise is not as bad now but is still there. I checked everything while I had it apart and the gears all looked great along with the axles and there was pitting on the axles as well.
Someone mentioned the LSD making the noise but it sounds like it is coming from the outter axles?

sounds like "damn it" to me. i have a sqeaking sound coming from my drivers side after axel repair bearing replacement.
