car show soon! DFW area thinking about having a car show on a saturday at my job in lewisville off I35
anyone think they will come if so let me know what saturday would be good.
its a gokart place with lots of parking spaces
I already asked the gm there and he said hell yeah.
this will help get more customers and a bunch of us can have somewhere to meet ls1tech members and check out each others rides.
still working on hooking people up with free stuff or really cheap stuff
he said something about prizes like free all day passes or little stuff like that maybe free drinks with food or free golf or batting cages
still not 100% what free stuff yet but i have to know if any of you are interested.
maybe the same people going down to houston
maybe recruit more drivers

Im game for next Saturday. THeres a swap meet in Ft.Worth this weekend so I dont think this weekend would be good. Plus yeah its suppose to get colder this weekend.

i left lonestar muscle a message and see if they would attend but so far you are the only one from lonestar muscle that has replied
help get more of your crew involved and this could really take off and if any of you guys are having trouble selling stuff this could be a monthly or bimonthly event.
would be fun for a bunch of us to hang out and get free stuff from the park or really cheap parts thats are for sale or that you need

Ok this is what i got so far the general manager wants to give you guys a deal, an unlimited pass for gokarts and golf is usually $20 for all day, so he cut it down to $10; this enters you in the contest for the judging but its not just so you can show your car its your discount for racing and golf. You are more than welcome to just bring your car/cars or parts for sale and not pay the $10 but your car will not be judged and you will miss out on the 50% discount for the park. we still havent figured out the prizes yet but ill keep you guys updated.
i checked out the parking lot and it holds about 100 cars plus the space on the grass.
The date is not set yet so give me suggestions.
