I tried contacting Ray Larabie of Larabie Fonts to see if he could make the font. Would be pretty easy since the Firebird, Formula, Trans Am, Ram Air, and Sunfire emblems/decals all used the same font. He said it would cost $700 though..

I Have them all i own a graphics shop. Vector is a file which uses point to point plotted orientations to draw a computer rendering. Its how my machine knows how to cut. When you print something normally, it goes back and forth and does it line after line after line. Vector file tell the machine "put your needle(or pin tip) down here, Then move it to the right this amount and back this amount and the same time etc etc to make a curve. So instead of going line by line, its a mechanical hand that literally draws or cuts the image. Architects use the same machine as me. You can interchange the end of the mechanical arm. I have blades to cut vinyl, fiberglass, or carbon fiber. I can change it out to match the'yre machine by putting little pens in it so instead of cutting, it will simply draw on large paper. Pm me exactly what you want. Or you know what? I'll post up all my gm stuff to help everyone out. I have 10's of thousands of logos and they're all copyrighted i own rights to them and im not making money off it anyway by posting it for you. Hope it helps you out. It may be a day or two before i can get to the shop!
Also, if theres a certain picture or something along those lines you want cut into vinyl, if you email it to me i can scan it and convert it into Vector format so you can have a sticker made. This wont work for stitches i dont think but they can scan it into theyre format the same way i can.

I used to work at a sign shop and we used to scan images and vectorize them all the time. It'd be a shock if Alan couldn't do the same?? But maybe I'm wrong.
