Default Are 60# too big?

I have a 99 ta that I am working on We are fixing to get a sts turbo kit and was wondering if 60lb injectors will deliver too much fuel for a stock ls1? It has a fast 92mm intake LTs ory Possibly LQ9 heads and possibly a ls6 cam. The reason for not just wanting 42# is there is a stroker build in the future and we dont want to have to revisit fuel injectors any more than we have to. Thanks for all of your input!

60# are the way to go. I have them with my sts kit with a basically stock motor and they are perfect. I maxed my 42s. Of course, you need to use a tuning program if you have one to let the pcm know you have installed bigger injectors. Otherwise you'll will have issues.

I agree with the above post, we use 60 pound injectors on practically every forced induction engine these days. Bob
