Preferably around Sugar Land/Stafford/Southwest side of houston. Car over heated and blew a head gasket and need to get my heads looked at and most likely resurfaced.

I would swing them by LME, they are on the northwest side, but well worth the extra few miles.

PS - Be prepared to walk out of there wanting to buy a new motor.

Already have a built motor cept heads. See my sig Other than that. Thats tooooo far for me.

Well just talked frank there. Said he wanted to check the heads each for 45$ a pop. Then if they look good he wouldnt try to cheat me out and say the need milling. So he is an honest guy right?

Just dont want to shell out 200$ when i dont need to. I dont mind spending the 45$ a head to have them checked. but to spend another 90$ to get them milled if they dont even need it?

Well just got all the valves resealed, cut and surfaced for 350$. Hopefully this is a good deal and worth it.
