Has any one used a VIS Racing carbon fiber hood. Also does anyone have pics of there Ram Air hood on a 94-97 Firebird or Trans Am.

So no one has used this brand. That tells me something right there. They are all over e-bay.

I had a vis carbon fiber hood on a hyundai tiburon, Yes it was a hyundai but that damn car was quick. The hood fit like the factory hood and the carbon fiber weave looked great. I use to get compliements all the time on it. I think they make a good product, but thats based off of having the car for only 6 months or so, I traded for a yellow goat.

Thanks for the info. I want to paint the hood and mask stripes so they are in carbon fiber. I think it will look sick.

Good luck. Sounds like a good idea. Be sure to post pics, thats my favorite part of this site looking at all the great cars.
