Angry Sick and tired of problems, hate life.

MY TRANSMISSION(700R4) AND/OR CONVERTER IS PROBABLY THE CULPRIT...

I DRIVE DOWN THE STREET FOR ACOUPLE MINUTES AND BAM! IT STALLS OUT AND LOADS DOWN THE ENGINE UNTIL IT SQUEEZES THE LIFE OUT OF MY ENGINE. I JUST DROPPED THE PAN LAST WEEKEND TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT THIS PROBLEM, THOUGHT IT WAS MY LOCKUP SOLENOID-PARTIALLY ENGAGING. SO I CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AND CHECKED THE SOLENOID, ITS FINE... CLEANED THE PORT OUT WERE IT PLUGS ALSO. THERE IS NOTHING IN THE PAN THAT RESEMBLES ANY KIND OF METAL FRAGMENTS. I DID A STALL TEST TOO, MY CONVERTER IS RATED AT 2800-3200 STALL... MY TEST SHOWED 2900ISH 3000ISH.... SO IT IS GOOD. I HAVE NO LEAKS, TRANS FLUID IS CLEAN AND AT THE PROPER LEVEL. THE TRANSMISSION(700R4) WAS FULLY BUILT WITH A STAGE2 TRANS GO AND SOME OTHER BEEFED UP PARTS. ALSO THE ENGINE IS A 5.3L V8-LS6 CAM-LS2 INTAKE-LONGTUBES... TUNED MY PCMFORLESS(TUNED FOR A MANUAL TRANS.. SO I COULD HAVE A NON ECM CONTROLLED TRANNY) I WIRED MY LOCKUP THROUGH VIA A WIRING DIAGRAM ON THIS SITE.. AND IT ALSO WORKS RIGHT.

BASICALLY, IM LOST... AND I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ENJOY THIS PROJECT THAT I HAVE BEEN BUILDING FOR A YEAR NOW. I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO CUT MY LOSSES, IM A DIEHARD CAMARO AND CHEVROLET GUY..

I CANT EVEN DRIVE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP.. AND EVEN THEN, IM LOOKING AT A VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR-MOST LIKELY.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA OR INFO, I REALLY DO APPRECIATE IT IN ADVANCE.

LATER.

Yes, i had it this way before i did the pan drop this past weekend. Wiring it back up the right way i thought would help. I have a 4th gear clutch and 4-3 downshift press switch being used in my wiring. Do i need some kind of vacuum line somewhere on this tranny? Ive only got the tv cable.

No 700r4 do not have vac mods . So your saying that it did this with no power to the electrical plug UNPLUGGED ?

I'm sure these guys here will be able to help you..sounds like a Wiring issue.

I got sick of blowing the 4LshittyE's apart and swapped in a T56.. less maintenance the way I see it.

^^I don't plan on tracking it..just a dependable street driver. I've actually de-tuned it a little bit.

I've broken the thing enough times to where I would rather have it slow and enjoyable than fast and going nowhere cause it's broken.

Also check for any stuck valve and verify the enable soleniod is exhausting oil by blowing air through it. I have seen individual insert check ball in those soleniods to get the lock up and even a failed soleniod is possible.

with no electrical source, it only leaves me with a tcc valve with a calapsed spring..possibly or tranny could be running hot, causing the lockup to engage partially. i will have to air test. i just never done it before.. wish i had pictures.
