Default 842rwhp @13.5psi Another APS TT C6 ZO6 by Speed Inc.

Made a few pulls on the dyno today with a customers 2007 twin turbo ZO6.

Ended the day with 842rwhp and 747rwtq on 93 octane pump gas, no meth.

Torque # is a bit down as the stock runflats would not hold on to the rollers.

I'll post the graph tomorrow.

Here is the build-

Factory LS7 block
Lingenfelter CNC ported LS7 heads
Callies Compstar Crankshaft
Callies Compstar rods
Wiseco forged pistons (9.5:1)
ARP head studs, Fel-pro mls gaskets
Speed Inc. spec'd turbo cam and upgraded valvetrain
APS C6 Z06 TT tuner kit (less APS fuel system and APS full exhaust)
DeWitt's aluminium radiator and Evans water pump
McLeod RXT dual-disc clutch w/ aluminium flywheel
Speed Inc. fuel system
eboost2 boost controller
83 lb. FIC Siemens injectors
LPE two-step
2.5bar HPTuners SD tune
Boost-by-Gear switch
B&B Fusion catback and Kooks midpipe
Upgraded heavy-duty driveshaft, diff output shafts and C5 axles
High amp alternator
Hawk ceramic pads and stainless steel lines

Damn I should have asked you weeks ago as 2 guys bailed out on me so far.

Now LG Motorsports is going to sell a boost per gear setup so it may not be worth the trouble.

Thanks for the offer though

Tiago- F-body is certainly do-able but it would look much different as the shift linkage is internal. Maybe the ring around the base of the shifter could be drilled for thread-in switches.

The APS ZO6 systems are great, no problems. No issues with the regular C6 systems other than the induction and internal wastegates limit them to around 12-13psi boost. (in stock configuration).

engineermike- The turbos are GT3582R http://www.airpowersystems.com/corvette/Z06/turbo.htm

Van, thank you, and likewise

30th t/a- Boost is 13.5psi

Brandon- Thanks. Now that your engine is more than just a mythical unicorn your time will come

Big Bird WS6- Switches are activated by the shift linkage to control boost per gear. It will be approximately like this-

1st gear 620rwhp
2nd gear 695rwhp
3rd gear 770rwhp
4th/5th gear 850rwhp

Vince- Thanks!

I thought at first glance they were internally gated. I wish they made them like that...

So the switches are like a progressive boost controler in a sense?

That is one sick looking car.

I thought everyone was a little iffy on the factory ls7 block and big FI power? Seems to be working well for this build.
