no shorty headers are a waist of time and will have minimal gains in my opinion and i think most will agree, longtubes or stock manifolds...

mids will make pretty good power as well. honestly only reason why i got mids when i did is because i got a great deal for them and the ORY with install. otherwise LT's are the way to go.

ditto^^^

Since your car is newer than the 2000 model year, the stock exhaust manifolds you have now will flow as good as almost any short-tube header.

A lot of guys swear by mid-legnth headers as well. They make more horse-power than stock or shorties without compromising ground clearance, but as most others have said the majority of guys are running Long tubes or stockers.

I had those.
Quality, fitment and ground clearance were awesome.
They were expensive and being mid-length you give up a little, not much unless you are building something wild.

well my whole reason for shorties is that i plan on going with a turbo at some point. all i have to do is flip sides and turn them backwards to mount to my y-pipe.
