non member wants to know what would be best cam for setup? friend has ls6 intake, kooks 17/8, yank 3600, stage 1 5.3 heads, and all other supporting boltons. was wondering if some sponsors would be willing to help him out, he wants it to still be streetable, but get in the 11's high 10's possibly. car is full weight also.

cams in the low 230s should do fine, maybe one of the futral high lift cams assuming the heads have not been milled.
not sure it will get you the times desired, but streetable with an auto is not an easy thing, hope he has gears.

your going to need a pretttty big cam to get into the 10s and it def wont be streetable... something mid to high 230s and .610ish with some spray will get him close.. slicks and shaving soome wieght should be right where you want to be
