LS2 is a 6.0L engine, but I'll assume you're asking about the LS2 vs LQ9. Do you want to know about factory pistons, or aftermarket?

They're the same bore & stroke. With aftermarket pistons, your options are unlimited.

yea all 6.0 pistons should be the same, actually most of the factory pistons are made by MAHLE. Personally i have 4.0" standard bore wiseco's in my 6.0 motor, i should have made the motor bigger but oh well. Aftermarket pistons are the shiznit

Yes, stock LS2 pistons will work in a LQ4/LQ9 block as they have the same bore diameter and stroke length.
