Default keeping low beams on with high beams

unless i'm not seaching the "right" terms i could not find this mod. if anyone has the info on how to do it please tell me! thank you!

I know for sure I found it without really "searching" for it. Check out the stickies, maybe under appearance or electrical.

firebirds already do it from what i remeber...I did this on my car and it makes driving at night a lot better....
