Killed an SRT8 Challenger today
We rolled from around 70 mph. I tried to give him the hit, but he wouldn't take it and wanted me to go first. I obliged and put a LOT of cars on him up to around 120. I blew by a modded WRX at the top of 3rd, he passed me again later and his passenger was like WTF with a big grin on his face. LOL

what do those things make to the wheels 425 crank equals what to the wheels, f-bodys seem to be smacking those things up and down. This is like the 10th challenger kill I have seen I want to kill one too lol. Sucks to pay all that money for a car and still get smacked around by lightly modded f-body cars.

They aren't really that impressive for the rated hp in stock form..........low 13's mostly. Really sweet looking cars, but they are entirely too heavy and their suspension is too soft. Starting to see lots of Chally SRT8 kills on alot of the GM/Ford forums that I frequent. Maybe once some of the owners start modding them we'll see some killer Challengers...
Good kill.....totally within the norm.

Unfortunately it might be a while before we start seeing some modded challengers. I'm looking forward to seeing how the new Mustang and Camaro stack up against them myself. Good kill man, although they are heavy and over-rated I would race one any day.

Nice kill. I posted on their forums that 70mph is the dead spot in 3rd gear. I wouldn't even have suggested racing a stock LS1 at that speed.
Try a lower speed for more interesting results.
355-385 rwhp depending upon coolant temp and dyno. Driver's race vs. a stock LS1 from a dig, should pull a bit from a roll.
I haven't seen any data, have you? The final drive is aggressive, but I don't think the gear ratios are.

i think they are making V6 challengers now. I rolled across a orange one with a single tiny exhaust pipe yesterday. No badges on it, same hood as the SRT models, just one little dinky pipe hanging down there.

I called sounds on the phone, and he didnt answer cause he was actually in the middle of this race. Cant wait to get me 315DRs so i can hook real nice, this SS4000 and 3.90s in the *** mixed with 275 summitomos is like im always driving on black ice when i punch it from a slow roll. Tried a Shelby GT today on the interstate, guy wouldnt play.

Good kill. They are pretty strong tubby girls though, mine surprises me each time I drive it. With the right bolt-ons but mainly a tune, they can run with bolt on LS1's, thats really cool. Stock for stock they are usually even quicker and thier top ends are very impressive, even stock. Sucks buying 20" tires though.

Well it wasn't the car that I recognized (though there is a badass cammed LS1 WS6 at my gf's apartment complex), it was there being a white single-exhaust Challenger in the apt complex across the street.
