Paint & Body Work - Where to buy?

Where would be the best place to buy a good fitting good quality replacement bumper for my TA?

Guy I bought car from put WS6 hood on it and replacement front bumper at same time. When it was painted they apparently just took it right out of the box and shot it without sanding it at all. So after driving car a couple years the paint is flaking off in spots and I want to fix it right.

Best thing to do is send it to a recon company and get it stripped and primed, or have a body shop do it. Not a ton of work, and when done properly looks good as new and lasts.

if it fits good just respray it!
