Default L-19 head stud identification

i have a set of ARP headstuds for my lsx block , but i need to make sure they are L-19 studs, they are silverish in color as opposed to the usual block headstuds (ARP2000) , and the part number on the box they came with is 234-4319 .

i checked ARP's online catalog and they don't list that part number .

if they are L-19's , do i have to worry about them getting wet or something?
and the instructions that came with them said to torque them to 105 ft/lbs!

they should have a more metallic finish instead of the black oxide of a standard arp bolt.
