5.3 cam help Please I am installing a 5.3 carb. (2x4s) with a700R4 stock converter set in my 55 chevy,the engine is new and stock other than the intake and carbs.I would like to have a small cam with a little lope and I have no idea where to start.Thanks

If you are gonna run it with the stock converter then it needs to be fairly conservative. Something like a 206/212 @ 0.050 with a 114 LSA will have a small lope at idle and perform pretty good. I'm not sure about the dual carb setup though. Are you having an intake made for the 2 carbs?
