???PCV Line???

???PCV Line??? There is a fat rubber/plastic line that comes from the front of the intake and goes somewhere to the rear of the engine. I am guessing that it is the pcv system. Anyways there is a hard plastic thing in the front that pretty much splices the hose together. Is this some type of filter?? It is cracked. Do I have to go to the dealer for this part? Chris

Thanks for posting a picture!!! I will have to look again but if I remember correctly, by looking at that picture its the "boot" that the actual pcv valve slides into that is ripped. I am going to have to look at this closer. I really should have dug into this simple problem more before posting. Thanks Chris
