depends what kind of results you want to get and how much you want to spend. If you're sticking with the stock head, then check this out

Really depends on what your main goal is with the car. Will you need to pass emissions? Are you going to run it with the stock heads? Is it going to be a daily driver or mainly a drag car? And do you have the supporting mods to go along with a cam??? I don't see anything listed in your **sig** Post some more info up and we can help steer you towards what camshaft will work best for your application.

ok well i will have the stock heads and they will have work done and better springs i want a great sound but i dont wanna risk the nice drive or usable power what else do you wanna know

so far i have LT headers to X-pipe to 3in bullets dumped at rear end 2800 TCI stall .30 over forged pistons head work better springs and not sure if im gonna go with RR's or not its not gonna be a true drag car yet but thats kinda what im going for but right now its a daily driver

ok with the 223/230 .565 is that a choppy idle what is considered mild i have really loud high flow exhaust so should be able to hear even the smallest cam

That's pretty much the exact cam I went with. It would be a great Daily driver and not be too bad for 1/4. If you are looking to get a little more sound out of that camshaft I would rec changing the lsa to a 110 or 109. The 112lsa will sound good but noting too radical. I went with a 109 and it sounds pretty sick. Got a nice lope to it.
