Default 4l60e shifts LATE???

I took the Z in my sig to the track . After reviewing the logs, (I have the shift set to 5800 for 1st and 2nd. ) I find 1st topped out at 6030 and 2nd topped out at 6380 rpm. Any 60E builders want to take a stab at what I should look for.

Would not be a build issue sounds more like command , Now dot get me wrong if you set the shift point at 5800 The trans is not gonna complete the shift instantly as it take ime for the hydraulics to work. but within 200 to 500 rpm depending on the condition of the trans. shift kit. etc it should be able to complete the shift . But while I am no tuner also bear in mind the MPH and the RPM both must be met to get the shift to happen .
But looking at the numbers you posted the shift are within that range easily it looks like and 3rd taking longer than the 1-2 would be expected since its hydraulically a more complicated shift

Look at the logs for "trans current gear" which is
the shift command, when that changes is when
the shift really begins. At the 2-3 step, look at your
RPM and MPH (both of which must be satisfied) to
see whether (say) MPH is lagging RPM and holding
the shift off. Torque converter slip does that.
