I followed LS1 Sounds' advice and...
WOW! I sanded and polished my clouded headlights and what a difference! I started wet sanding with 400, then 800, then 1500, the finished with 2000. Went about 20 minutes on each headlight with all the grits. Then I used the Novus polishing kit and oh.... my.... god! Like LS1 Sounds, I did this by hand, so it took the better part of the weekend to get both lights finished. If your headlights are cloudy and you HAVEN'T done this... DO IT!! Here are a few pics!

That yellow stain took a bit more work to get out, but I finally got it. My car looks SOOO much better now!!

Looks good! need to revive mine also, no yellow in mine...but the little cracks can be taken out from what i've read. Looks like you made the same mistake i did using silcone that is NOT clear to put the headlights back together Hey Haalu, looks like the sig police got you again...lol
