where is the best place to get the top of my engine parts...
IE. cam, rockers, springs, lifters etc....

Stock original lifters are usually fine to reuse.

I don't think you will find many other kits so complete, and once you add up the costs of piecing this together elsewhere the price is good too.

There's the obvious, such as Summit or Jegs or Scoggin Dickey.
If you plan to have the heads done, then you might as well go
with a complete package from Ai or Lloyd Elliott, etc.

i hate summit... and have never had good luck at jeggs... thinking of mabey a smaller place like THUNDERRACING... or a small place like that...

16 years i have been dealing with JEGS and only 1 time there was a problem which was corrected in less than 1 day. sorry to hear otherwise.

I have never had any meaningful troubles with Summit or Jegs, BUT you wont get good tech support from hem either.
