Default Question about Performabuilt info in sticky thread

I'm going to install a Circle D 3c converter and was reading up on tuning.

My question is about TCC duty cycle.
4-set the TCC duty cycle min and max at there highest setting though with our unit this would serve no purpose since we have mechanically set it to always be max. In any case this will help to prolong the life of the lockup clutch by reducing slipping.
I have the TransGo HD2-B kit, do I still need to raise all these to max?
Would it hurt if I just did it and didn't need to?

I noticed while logging with HPTuners the tune is pulsing the TCC regulator valve, but the TCC doesn't apply until it's right at the tuned in apply speed.

When you say you have it mechanically set to always be at max is this your personal set up or does the transgo kit do this?

Thanks a lot.

The transgo get very close with the isolator valve to eliminating PWM. It will not hurt to max out the TCC duty cycle though with the transgo it will have little if any noticeable affect .

While the transgo limits PWM to near non exsistance Our mod eliminates it entirley

So I should be ok with the TCC operation and tcc life with the transgo and either stock or maxed out PWM settings?
