For some reason, I've got "dimples", if you will, right above the hood strut brace on the top of the hood. Either I never noticed it or it's just starting to happen. I don't know if anybody else has this problem or if it's just me. The car was totalled at one time, so the the hood and front end have been replaced. Maybe the bolts for the shock are too long or if it's stressing the hood due to me having to slam the s.o.b. shut. I've tried adjusting the latch to get it to close easier, but I can't find the sweet spot. If it gets worse, I'm going to be in a whole heap of trouble. Any info would be great!!

Mine has them too. Currently I am in the process of trying to get a new one from SLP. My old one never did this, just this new hood that seems to be a half-assed one. The hood lines don't match the fender, the dimples, the cracks in the scoop, just a nightmare.

I'll let you know what happens with mine.
