Tuning for emissions..please help!!!! What do i have to tune/ tune out using HP Tuners on a 2000 firehawk w/ LT's ORY and SLP exhaust. No rear 02 sensors so i can pass emissions?!?!?

Seriously, what kind of emissions test do you think you SHOULD be able to pass without any catalyst whatsoever and disabled monitoring systems?
There are a lot of high flow catalysts out there that won't restrict power, but go a very long way toward cleaning up emissions to the point where you can actually pass with the proper adjustments.
