Cant you swap the vent/steam line around?

Cant you swap the vent/steam line around? I was wondering if you going flip the steam cross over pipe on the front of the heads to the back? does this cause a problem since the back is lover than the front? im guessing it would trap air up front?

bummer... thats what I figured but I wanted to confirm... its soo ugly up there, I guess ill just have to tap those holes and convert to AN fittings off there to clean it up and look better..
