my friends 93 z28 is running to rich two miles take up a quarter tank of gas its been sitting for two years because of that problem so im open to all opinions or if your camaro was having the same problem and you found out what the problem was let me know thanks

You must have a thick cloud of smoke if you use a quarter tank in only two miles. I don't even see how the motor could run that rich

You sure your gas gauge just isn't broken? Is your SES light on? Did you check for fuel leaks?

it had a thick cloud of smoke before he change the cat and there are no leaks and the ses light not on ya i think the gas gauge is broken but still even if he fills the gas tank up full seven to nine miles its gone

Wow....

How bad does it idle? Is it a smooth idle? Does it only drink the gas like that when warmed up or only when cold or does it not matter?

You might be best taking it to a good mechanic to get checked out!
