Unhappy Clunking Sound while maneuvering around driveway

So I bought my 1998 T/A this winter and recently noticed that when backing up and turning sharp in the driveway (or close quarters) that it tends to make a "clunk" sound when turning from one direction to another. Thought I heard that tie rods had greasers? could this be the problem or something else?

Thanks everyone!

rear diff... get an oil change for it and get some gm limited slip additive added to the synthetic even if it says its already in the 75w90 put a 4oz bottle of the gm limited slip additive in it.

you also may have a leak, make sure you don't
